MANDATE: To search for an experienced FP&A Manager for a growing SME Digital Bank. They needed a strong technical FP&A Background with a strong open personality.

SOLUTION: We devised three strong functional and three strong behavioural questions with the client.  Our penetrative search process identified 20 shortlisted candidates from an agreed list of 120. These were all taken through a robust character lead interview process with questions pre-agreed with the client.  We took five to the first interview in five weeks.  An offer was completed at week 8 with two very credible candidates to choose from.
